How are astrologers verified?
Every astrologer clears a knowledge test, a live mock consultation and ID verification before going live. Ratings are from real paying users only.
How is a consultation charged?
You pay per minute from your wallet. The rate is shown before you connect, and you can end the session at any time.
Is my chat private?
Yes. Consultations are encrypted, and astrologers never see your phone number or email.
Can I get a refund?
If a session drops due to a technical issue or you are unhappy in the first two minutes, raise a request and we refund the wallet balance used.
Why is exact birth time important?
Your ascendant (Lagna) changes roughly every two hours, so a few minutes can change house placements and predictions.
Is this Kundli free?
Yes. The chart preview is free. A detailed PDF Kundli report with Dasha, Yogas and remedies is available in Reports.
Which system is used?
Charts use the Vedic sidereal zodiac with Lahiri ayanamsa and are shown in North Indian style.
Is my birth data safe?
Yes. Birth details are encrypted and used only to generate your charts and readings.
